A: In strict compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding digital content, your right to a refund depends on whether the digital delivery and performance have commenced:
– Eligible for a Refund: If you have purchased the digital game but have NOT yet downloaded, activated, or started playing the game, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
– Ineligible for a Refund: Once you click the secure download link or activate the digital license key, the digital delivery is considered complete with your prior express consent, and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. At this stage, the transaction is final.
